It’s finally here. Chef Levon Wallace of Gray & Dudley has collaborated with Goo Goo Cluster to create a Premium Goo Goo inspired by one of our favorite desserts, the GD Cream Puff, as part of the ongoing 2017 Summer Chef Series.
“The GD Cluster combines the classic pairing of milk chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline with pastry crunchies and sea salt caramel…all enrobed in a dark chocolate shell,” said executive chef Levon Wallace. “It’s decadent and satisfying.”
